Rats are illegal in Anchorage and the surrounding areas. We are not able to adopt rats out to you if you live in the area. We can, however, take surrendered rats from the area and will ensure that they find a good home where they can be legally kept.
ALL nonwhite rats are illegal in the State of Alaska.
